The NSW Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) have shut us down, claiming we are at risk of polluting the environment. We have never polluted the environment.....

The EPA has spent over a year finding an administrative loophole to shut us down, saying we need to spend millions of dollars to upgrade our existing environmental controls to a level that would support an operation 40 times the size of our business.....

We are fighting for the livelihood of eighteen employees who depend on us and the 15,000 clients, including tradies and local businesses, who rely on Oz Mulch for disposing of green material and landscape supplies.....

We urge the NSW Minister for the Environment to review the EPA’s decision, by working with us and not against us. Let there be open communication and allow us to show that we are a business that deeply cares for and respects the environment....."
