Daniel is my brother. He has had three negative COVID-19 tests as well as his first dose of Pfizer vaccination. Yet, the South Australian Health Department has thrice refused his application requesting a transfer to Adelaide where he can complete his quarantine and see our mum who is terminally ill and currently being cared for at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Daniel is Mums first born, and is currently stuck in hotel quarantine in Brisbane. Our family was devastated to learn about mum's diagnosis. The kind of brain cancer she has is extremely volatile and uncertain. Her condition has significantly deterioirated in the last few days. We need to be together as a family to make important health decisions and be there for her.

I'm calling on SA Health and the government to please support us in this difficult time. We are ready to cooperate with all health requirements so as to not put South Australians at any risk but we need a compassionate approach from our leaders.

Email SA Health

Daniel and his family have been appealing to the South Australian government to let him complete his quarantine in Adelaide so he can see his mum who has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.

Right now, can you email SA Health Minister and the Premier to advocate for a more compassionate approach to their case that sees the family united?
